Day-to-Day Journey
Arrive in Johannesburg, where our local representative welcomes you. Meet the driver guide who shall transfer you to your hotel in sensational Sun City located at the heart of an ancient volcano (approx. 200 Kms/ 3.5 hours drive). This Africa’s Kingdom of Pleasure comprises marvellous hotels, an enormous range of things to do – both indoors and out, scintillating entertainment; shows in the Sun City theatre, casinos, games and video arcade, wonderful selection of shops and boutiques stocking souvenirs and mementoes.
The driver guide shall assist with check in and do a brief orientation (only available till late afternoon).
Rest of the day at leisure to relax or indulge in various offerings (not included).
Dinner tonight is in Indian restaurant in the comfort of your hotel.
Overnight in Sun City

Today enjoy breakfast at the leisurely pace.
Make use of resort shuttle to move around taking guidance from your hotel. You may just relax, laze around or pick from ample activities that you can do here from family fun to adrenaline rush, from golfing to wellness, shopping to dining or try luck the Sun City Casino. Activities not included.
Why not enjoy day at Valley of Waves- Sun City’s world class water park and laze on the man-made beach there. Its access is included as part of your stay in Sun City hotel.

After breakfast, meet your driver for your private transfer to Mabula Game Reserve (approx. 180 Kms, 3 hours drive), where an extraordinary encounter with South Africa’s bushveld awaits you. Revel in the sheer variety of animal, bird and plant life; the diverse landscapes ranging from grassland plains to rocky outcrops creating an ideal habitat for the free-roaming Big Five and all the little creatures that contribute to a magical wildlife experience you’ll never forget.
Upon arrival enjoy lunch at the lodge (time permitting). Mabula Game Lodge is distinctly African in style, offering comfortable thatch-roof accommodations with luxury finishings, soft neutral bushveld colours throughout and massive windows bringing the African wildlife indoors.
Go for afternoon game drive which may continue into the early evening.
Come back refresh and enjoy dinner served at the lodge.
Overnight in Mabula Game Reserve

Today wake up with an early morning call, get fresh with tea, coffee and light snacks, after which your ranger will escorts you to his open safari vehicle for your morning game drive.
Return to the lodge and enjoy breakfast. Relax and unwind at the lodge. Later enjoy lunch here, followed by afternoon game drive & dinner again in the lodge.
Overnight in Mabula Game Reserve

After morning tea and game drive (time permiting), enjoy breakfast at the lodge & head out to Johannesburg (approx. 200 Kms/ 3.5 hours drive). Before reaching the airport, enjoy an Indian lunch, then take flight (not included) to George.
Arrive at George Airport, where you will be met by your driver guide (same person) for a private 4 days overland tour of the Garden Route. The quaint town of Knysna (approx. 70 Kms/ 1.5 hours drive) known for its art & craft shops. “The place of the people, beauty and mystery.” Check in to your comfortable centrally located hotel in lagoon view room & enjoy dinner in a local restaurant.
Overnight in Knysna

After breakfast, enjoy a Featherbed Eco-Experience on the Knysna lagoon. This experience starts with a Ferry trip on the Knysna lagoon to the Western Head (25 min duration). Upon disembarking the vessel you will be transported by 4 x 4 vehicle / trailer up the headland onto the reserve. There is an optional 2.2km guided walk down through the reserve. Lunch is served in an outdoor restaurant after which you will return to the mainland by Ferry.
Return back, have a leisurely time exploring art and boutique stores here then head out for dinner in a local Indian restaurant.
Overnight in Knysna

After breakfast meet your driver guide & head out for a Private Oudtshoorn Tour (approx. 150 Kms/ 2.5 hours drive).
Oudtshoorn is the ostrich capital of the world. Nowhere else are ostriches found in such great number and nowhere else do they produce feathers of such fine quality – but the world’s biggest bird is just one attraction in an area of enormous contrasts.
Visit the Cango Caves. Sculpted by nature through the ages, their fascinating limestone formation occurs in a variety of ways. For the not so faint hearted there is the option of an adventure tour (at an additional charge) that takes guests deeper into the cave.
Visit the Cango Wildlife Ranch. The tour takes your through different habitats where you can see animals such as the crocodile, exotic birds, tiger, cheetah and white lion.
Visit the Safari Ostrich Show Farm. Spend some time at this working ostrich farm for an unforgettable tour where you will come face to face with the biggest bird in the world. The tour starts in the breeding camp and ends with an “Ostrich Derby” as local jockeys display their ostrich riding skills. There is also the option of taking a tractor tour through an ostrich camp (at an additional charge).
Enjoy an Indian lunch at the Safari Ostrich Farm & dinner in comfort of your hotel, which is a boutique four star property located on sustainable ostrich, alfalfa & cattle farm.

We travel to Cape Town, via the Route 62. Cape Route 62 is the tourist route in the Western Cape that meanders between Cape Town and Oudtshoorn. The ever changing colours of the majestic mountains, scenic passes, rivers, vineyards and orchards, as well as the multitude of attractions, will offer you an unforgettable adventure.
Lunch is at Jan Harmsgat Restaurant in Swellendam (approx. 225 Kms/ 3 hours).
Next Visit Haute Cabriere Wine Farm in Franschhoek (approx. 180 Kms/ 2.5 hours). Comprised of two farms, situated on opposite ends of the breathtaking Franschhoek Wine Valley, Haute Cabrière is something extraordinary. Enjoy a Classique Discovery wine tastings with Macaron Pairing.

Ascend Table Mountain for unforgettable sweeping views (weather permitting), then pass through Malay Quarter, Castle of Good Hope, Houses of Parliament and the Company Gardens. Cape Town is a shopper’s dream with a wide range of shopping expeditions to undertake – from luxury boutiques and shopping malls to private shopping tours and markets. Later visit the iconic V & A Waterfront, with over 450 retail outlets selling everything from fashion, homeware and curios to jewellery and tech, it is South Africa’s most popular shopping destination and offers far more than just shopping. Overnight in Cape Town

Post breakfast meet your driver guide, who shall take you for a private Cape peninsular full day tour. You shall be taken at a comfortable pace allowing you to explore the beauty of the Cape Peninsula. Drive along one of South Africa’s most scenic routes, passing Hout Bay. Weather permitting, enjoy a cruise to Seal Island, to view seals and sea birds at Duiker Island. Travel along Chapman’s Peak Drive (conditions permitting), enjoy Indian lunch in a local seafood restaurant. Continue to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, the scenery en route to Cape Point, at the South Western tip of the reserve, is particularly lovely in spring when wildflowers carpet the landscape. The new lighthouse is the most powerful in the world – beams an electric light of 19 million candle power across the ocean. Why not, ascend to the top of by The Flying Dutchman funicular. Afterwards visit the penguin colony at Boulders Beach.
