Return to Amman to discover the vibrant character of the capital through its downtown districts, viewpoints and local neighbourhoods including Rainbow Street. Pause for traditional Jordanian tea and sweets in a charming café before visiting the Royal Automobile Museum, home to a remarkable collection reflecting Jordan’s modern royal history.

Journey south to Petra, Jordan’s most iconic treasure and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. For added comfort, enjoy a round-trip electric cart ride (subject to availability) between the Visitor Centre and the Treasury, allowing a more relaxed exploration of this extraordinary UNESCO World Heritage Site. Enter through the dramatic Siq before emerging at the breathtaking Treasury, then continue exploring the tombs, temples and ancient facades carved into rose-coloured sandstone. Enjoy lunch within the archaeological site before continuing onward to Aqaba on the shores of the Red Sea.
